• Breakout 1: Workshop - Tell Your Story Like a Hero with HightechXL pitch coach Frank Smallegange

Every great pitch starts with a great story — and every great story needs a hero. In this lively, hands-on workshop, pitch coach Frank Smallegange helps you uncover your own Hero’s Journey.

You’ll explore how your personal experiences can shape a compelling story, and how that story can make you connect, inspire, and stand out — just like the startups you’re here to watch. No slides, no pressure — just you, your voice, and a bit of storytelling magic.

• Breakout 2: SecurityXL – Accelerating Innovation in Security

This year we have scheduled the Security panel to bring together a diverse group of leaders from across the security innovation ecosystem to explore how startups can effectively contribute to the future of defense and national security. With panellists representing the Ministry of Defence, Venture Capital, Startups and Corporates the session will examine the structural and cultural shifts needed to foster innovation in this traditionally risk-averse sector.

• Breakout 3: Did someone say Investor’s Arena?

Energizing breakout session where half a dozen promising startups take the stage to pitch. 5 minutes to pitch, 5 minutes of questions. These companies span early-stage teams in the HighTechXL program, experienced alumni scaling up, and international ventures from Singapore looking to expand into the Dutch market. Our investor panel takes a supportive, sharp, and constructive approach, aimed at helping founders grow stronger and go further.
